Duracell

From the moment of conception to completion, our concept was executed in 28 days over the Christmas break! We knew we had created something special, and once the film went live, it was great to see that other people felt the same as we did.

Duracell

Superbowl Film

No one cares about batteries, so to make a Duracell commercial that exploded the internet was the biggest success I've been a part of. We decided to tell a different story about energy, one that empowers people to trust their own power. Some sources of power are stronger than others, and who better to tell this story than Derrick Coleman.

Brand Launch 2016

Despite one of the worst records in the NBA, the 76ers have a heritage of being one of the great basketball franchises of all time. Great players such as Allen Iverson, Dr.J, Charles Barkley, Moses Malone, and Wilt Chamberlain have graced the team. We were tasked with rallying the city behind the new team and vision.

Duracell + NFL

We were given the challenge to launch Duracell's new partnership with the NFL. We decided to build on the biggest rivalry in the game, and show two sides of the same game between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers.

Utah Tourism

The Utah National Parks are some of the most spectacular in the world. We were challenged to create a piece of work that would slap busy San Francisco commuters in the face and jalt them into thinking about taking a little trip into the wilderness.

UTAH OFFICE OF TOURISM

Outdoor Installation

When I first arrived to see the installation in San Francisco, there were three people taking pictures of the view with their iphones. How often does that happen? In fact, one evening I sat and watched people's reactions and they walked through the space, it was a fantastic experience.

I co-directed and created this music video with some friends as an independent project for Sbtrkt, a popular electronic musician. The song is about letting go of unhealthy relationships.

Co-directed Music Video

One of my favorite hobbies is to shop in antique stores. I found this large ancient dollhouse and figured it would be the perfect environment for a music video. When we captured photography of the rooms, they looked real, so we decided to play with perspective and let a spider run loose inside the space.

NICKELODEON + Nychos

Space re-design

After Nickelodeon explained that they felt the office had become quite corporate and wanted to bring some soul into the space, we had the perfect solution. We suggested that we commission the graffiti artist Nychos to rip open Nick's staple charater and show his soul. We also hosted an art show for the studio and invited The Weird Crew to come and showcase their work.

Azzerad

My brother and I both collaborate on a small t-shirt label called Azzerad. We are trying really hard to make sure this brand makes no sense. We do not want it to be conceptual or refined. We want Azzerad to be experimental and a little messy.

Azzerad

An independent t-shirt label

My brother and I have created this experimental place, where we can explore illustration and fashion, without the fear of making mistakes. It is a place where we can play with motion, color, type, and ultimately create something we are happy to wear.
